When the Rama track from my last album got 24+K plays on the Insight Timer meditation app, I decided to release another album with just that track.

Since many listeners have told me that they play "Rama" over and over again, this album does just that. It's the same track over and over again, except this time, you also get the health and mental benefits of a different nature sound on each track.

There's River, Ocean, Rain, Fire, and original.
